Alaska is known for having some of the best fishing in the world. Come float a local lake on a kayak or sup and catch some fish, all while being surrounded by the grandeur of the Alaskan Landscape!
About
This trip is designed for those who have little to no experience fishing.
Any fish you catch up to the limits set by the Alaska Fish and Game are yours to keep and eat when you get home. Our adventure guide will clean the fish on site for you.

More Info
This trip will take place at Matanuska Lakes State Recreation Area. After everyone is checked in, everyone will receive their equipment and instructions of how to use the gear. Then we will hop on our paddle craft and fish/float until we have reached our limits or we run out of time. While on Matanuska Lake, we will be fishing for Lake Trout.
What is the cost of this adventure?
$200 per person for adults
$175 per person for youth 6-17

Online reservations must be made by 5 PM the day before the tour. For next-day or same-day bookings, please reach out for availability.
What to bring on your fishing trip!
There can be wind blowing off the glacier or coming from the mountains so we recommend that you wear the following:
- Non-cotton base layer
- Quick drying shirt and pants
- Fleece jacket
- Rain/wind outer layer pants and jacket
- Hat with drawstring or a beanie
- Shoes that can get wet and dry quickly (flip-flops are discouraged)
